The present Authorised Capital of the Company is Rs. 10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores) & Paid Up Capital is Rs. 5,42,84,140/- (Rupees Five Crore, Forty Two Lakhs, Eight Four Thousand and One Hundred and Forty Only).

Our Business Model works on the principle of partnership wherein we partner with Manufacturing facilities on Exclusive Basis strategically located at Ankleshwar, Vadodara, Chennai and Ambernath in India, where we are producing high quality APIs and Intermediates and exporting them to more than 35 countries worldwide. In fact, 100% of our sales comprise of Exports to the overseas markets catering solely to the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry.
